Picture is of Floyd and myself walking down an old rail trail just outside of Hanover, ON. My wife Shelly and I rescued Floyd from a shelter 4 years ago and was originally picked up in Georgia in the USA. He is a Red Tick Coon Hound and is approx. 7 years old. He was approx. 70lbs and very unhealthy when we got him and he now weighs about 120lbs and is our little tank. Every day after his supper he get to roll his treat ball and pretty much bulls over anything in his path. I call him my “Big Moose” Floyd is our second rescued hound and won’t be our last. He brings me much joy and helps me with some issues suffered while serving in the CAF. I couldn’t think of my life without him.
